Rides Team messaging

Rides Team users sign in with a phone number verified by a one-time text code. Before the first action that could result in a text (creating a team, offering a ride, claiming a seat, or requesting one), they see an explicit SMS opt-in screen: consent starts unchecked, states that message frequency varies and data rates may apply, and explains replying STOP opts out or HELP for help, with links to the privacy policy and terms.
